Welcome, Ye Comment Admirers!
If you’re reading this page, the brilliant insight I made on somebody else’s blog must have charmed you enough to follow my link. So thank you for visiting ABDPBT — you clearly have impeccable taste. My name is Anna and abdpbt .com is my blog. I can be found on twitter as @abdpbt.
ABDPBT is the place where you can eavesdrop on the experience of a wife, a mother, a recovering academic, a popular culture enthusiast, a satirist, and an unrepentant fake American. I’m 36, I live in Los Angeles, and have been married to my husband, Mr. Right-Click, for a little over three years. We met on match.com and if you’re interested in reading about crazy online dating experiences, then you have come to the right place. Mr. Right-Click and I have one son, “Mini,” who was born in 2007. You can find other essential facts about me on my about page.

Probably the most popular feature of my blog is called Listless Mondays. Each Monday, I post a random list: usually it is funny, but sometimes it’s just bizarre. You can join in the fun by posting your own list on your blog and I will link you up here! To participate, just write your list, and swing by ABDPBT next Monday so I can link you up.
You will notice that the topics on ABDPBT are pretty varied. Readers enjoy stories about my family, but they also enjoy the fiction that I write on occasion. You might also want to check out my philosophical musings on whatever recent tv episodes I’ve been watching. The series about my wacky friend, Tanya, is a great escape from the daily grind, and I always shape the other stories featured on Fact or Fiction Friday with the hope that they will make you laugh, or at least make you wonder. Also, don’t forget about my personal finance blog, ABDPBT Personal Finance, where you can learn how to pay off over $10,000 of debt on less than $30,000 a year. If you’re more interested in spending money than saving it, or if you’re torn (like me), check out ABDPBT Commodity Fetishism to hear about all the products I’m currently loving or coveting — all of it is just my opinion, so don’t worry about sponsored posts. And if you need some help with the technical aspects of running your blog, join me at ABDPBT Tech for plain-language explanations of blogging and programing basics.
Thanks for visiting my comment landing page. Please feel free to look around. And don’t forget to follow me on Twitter, where some of my most brilliant societal observations are routinely made. No, really.
