Of Note This Week

Deb's hysterical mock-up of the Kleenex "Get Mommed" campaign. Via Deb On The Rox.

Each week, in addition to the links you can see by spying on my Google Reader, I compile a list of posts that interested me and post them here on Saturday. You can check out the ABDPBT Personal Finance, ABDPBT Tech, and ABDPBT Commodity Fetishism versions at your leisure as well. If you have any posts that were great that I missed, please send me an email and I’ll check it out before next week.

  • The Bloggess View definition in a new window gets serious on our asses about dealing with depression and anxiety. I identified with much of this post, though I don’t have anything more than metaphorical tunnel vision when I’m in the middle of a depressive episode. For me, it’s more like that scene in Being John Malcovich where everyone is John Malkovich, only everyone and everything is me. [Great. Now I'm ripping off the Bloggess View definition in a new window' writing style. I suck.]
  • Deb On The Rox rips Kleenex a new one over their new ad campaign. Good points, good analysis, great read.
