5 Offbeat RSS Feed Icons You Can Use On Your Blog
Why stick to a plain old boring orange RSS feed button when there are so many cool ones out there that you can use for free? Check out some of these cool ones I’ve found and choose one that catches your fancy. To install on your site, right-click on the image either straight from here, or visit the link to see the artist’s Deviant Art page, and save to your computer. You will need to resize the icon to fit wherever your current RSS icon is and then sub in the new image through an easy substitution, or create a new section in your sidebar (check out my “Subscribe” section in the left sidebar, for example) to accommodate it (you might use a text widget, for example). RSS icons usually are most effective when they are placed “above the fold” on your site, so that the reader is most likely to see it and decide to subscribe.
