Asics Gel DS-Trainer Running Shoes
Your running shoes are like shock absorbers for your entire body. Did you know you’re supposed to buy new running shoes every 500 miles? Chances are you do (if you’re running that much), but if you’ve noticed some pain in your knees after running, it might be time for new shoes.
I like light shoes that are still pretty cushion-y, which is why I’ve been wearing some form of the Asics Gel DS-Trainer shoe for about ten years. Not that I’ve been consistently running that whole time, mind you–but I always have a pair of running shoes on-hand in case I decide to get going again. I recently replaced the last edition (with green pinstriping) with these pink ones from Zappos. I am actually running regularly now, so these probably won’t last as long as the previous pair, but how pimping will I be in the meantime?
